This policy applies to online purchases made through abibridals.com.

We accept return and refund requests only when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when our store makes an error with your order, such as sending an incorrect item. Please contact us within 14 business days of delivery to report an eligible issue.

For this policy, business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Eligible Requests

You may request assistance if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.

  • Your item has a defect.

  • We send an incorrect item or make another error with your order.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or a size or color selected incorrectly by the customer. Damage caused by use, washing, alterations, or handling after delivery is not covered.

These limitations do not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your Choice of Resolution

Once an eligible issue is confirmed, you may choose:

  • A full refund for the affected item, including any applicable original shipping charge. If the entire order is affected, we will refund the full order total.

  • A new replacement of the correct item, shipped at no additional cost to you.

You will not be charged return shipping, replacement shipping, or a restocking fee for a confirmed issue caused by our store or covered under this policy.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund instead.

How to Submit a Request

Email [email protected] within 14 business days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number.

  • The name of the affected item.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, or shipping label to help review your request. Please retain the item and any available packaging while we assess the issue.

Return Instructions

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is required, we will provide the return address, instructions, and a prepaid shipping label or another return method at our expense.

Do not send a return to our local retail address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Returned items should include the item and any components received. You do not need to return an item in undamaged condition when the reported issue is damage or a defect.

The 14-business-day deadline applies to reporting the issue. If a return is required, we will explain the return shipping deadline in our instructions.

Inspection & Refund Timing

When a return is required, please allow 1–2 business days after we receive it for inspection. We will then notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after refund issuance for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

If a return is not required, we will notify you when your request is approved and your refund has been issued.

Replacements & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for a different size, color, style, or product.

A replacement provided to correct a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item is a resolution under this policy, rather than an exchange. We will confirm the replacement details and provide tracking once it ships.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any subsequent request is subject to the eligibility requirements in this Returns & Refunds Policy. Shipment does not make an otherwise ineligible item returnable.

Lost or Undeliverable Shipments

Lost, undeliverable, or returned-to-sender packages are handled under our Shipping Policy.

We will investigate suspected lost shipments with the carrier. Once a shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
