This policy applies to online orders placed through abibridals.com.

Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not already shipped.

The 12-hour window is measured in elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays. Cancellation requests made after this window are not eligible under this policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Order Number]” and include:

  • Your order number.

  • The name and email address used at checkout.

We use the time your email is received to determine whether your request falls within the cancellation window. Our team reviews requests during customer support hours and will confirm whether your order was eligible for cancellation.

Sending a request does not itself confirm that the order has been canceled.

Cancellation Confirmation & Refunds

If your request is received within 12 hours of order placement and before shipment, we will cancel your order and send confirmation by email.

For an approved cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping charges, to your original payment method. No cancellation fee applies.

Please allow 5–10 business days after refund issuance for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if the request is made within 12 hours of purchase.

After shipment, any request for a return, refund, or replacement is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. That policy covers damaged or defective items and errors made by our store; it does not cover a change of mind.

Refusing delivery does not cancel an order or automatically qualify it for a refund. Undeliverable or returned packages are reviewed under our Shipping Policy.
